Our initial product was Produmax®, a Visual Performance Monitoring solution focusing specifically on improving productivity and reducing downtime from the factory floor using Live real time visual displays of the process status and highlighting issues as they occur . We have upgraded this solution to Produmax Live, a fully web enabled solution, accessible worldwide using a standard web browser.

We have also developed numerous innovative real-time solutions for Asset Monitoring. These real-time solutions known as IPMon , MiniMon  , MicroMonUPS and MicroMonModbus.They are deployed to monitor and transmit information from amongst other devices : Data Centres, Server Rooms, IP Cameras ,Biometric readers, Temperature sensors , Generator Sets, UPS units, Mobile assets, and plant Power Consumption to assist industry in reducing their power usage and conform to the 10% reduction demand by Eskom. These are already being used in functions including security and access control via biometric reader interface and IP camera video capture, environmental monitoring, generator set monitoring, UPS status etc. IPMon has been designed to monitor critical IT environments with monitoring of network status ,Server response ,Registry keys ,Service status ,WMI queries ,POP,SMTP ,SNMP monitoring etc. These can also be displayed on a real-time display screen to highlight problem sites or systems.

We have undertaken extensive R&D and developed solutions for the real-time monitoring of industrial Inkjet Printer status, mining industrial applications such as data logging from remote equipment and location and status monitoring of mobile equipment (trucks, fork lift batteries etc.), steam consumption, cold room temperature and power usage fluctuations, truck and cold trailer monitoring, the applications and uses of the software are many.
