IPMON is a
complete Plug n’ Play hardware and software solution to do critical monitoring , security, and alerting in
real time plus historic data storage of data and video.
IPMon Focus:

Internet Protocol Monitoring Solution (IPMon) is a world first plug
and use data concentrator.
This data alerting solution can integrate with most IP based monitoring and control devices .
It includes Pop,SMTP,SNMP ,ICMP ,OPC,Video, SQL,HTTP ,Biometric Access Control.It builds on all the sensors and device supported by our previous systems.
Live Monitoring have completed sucessful installations of their IPMon solution to
monitor Data Centre Status country wide.

It is a IP (internet Protocol) Based software and hardware solution that collects data and monitors and alerts on the status of
the configured input devices such power supply, power failure, controlled air &
humidity levels, access control, UPS status, current being drawn,
temperature, humidity, dew point, generator status,generator fuel status, vibration,
speed, rotation, status, count, quantity, luminescence & runtime and
video or static images. IPMon can read virtually any device with
an analogue or digital signal, store and transport the data in
user-friendly form via any IP Based communication network, inclusive
of HSPDA/3G/GPRS (GSM).

IPMon is also tightly integrated with IP based video cameras and
allows for the collection of video and sound to support or high
light data captured.

IPMon allows for the concentration of video and sensor data in one
application. It allows you to see the area you are monitoring as
well as the status of the sensors within the area at that time. It
allows you to capture images from the live video feed and also
control outputs for door locks etc remotely

IPMon also allows the
monitoring and alerting of Server status using the ServerMon Agent.
This can monitor Log events and also WMI (Windows Management
Interface) monitoring such as CPU utilisation , disk free space
,service status and many more.

Clients:

Currently Installed in 8 Corporate data centres country wide.
Application:
-
The IPMon server collects data from the sensors and devices at the
installed site using its own Ethernet network wherever possible.
-
The sensor data is stored in a MS SQL database and the video data is
stored in a special data format.
-
If the data exceeds a custom client set threshold then alerts are
generated and sent via email\SMS to the contacts that have been set
as per a schedule.Examples : if temperature > 21 send SMS to contact. If motion detected
after hours send sms& email alert. If power =0 then sms alert.

The data is used to generate web pages as requested by users.
-
Reports can be generated and emailed to interested parties on a
daily/ weekly basis.

IPMon has built in mobile web pages to view the status of the unit
from mobile sources such as pocket PC’s or GSM mobile phones :

IPMon has the ability to gather data from NMEA GPS devices and
display its location as well as routes travelled using Microsoft
Live web mapping:

Alerts can include data from several sources including showing
images from cameras at the time of the alert.

Alerts can also be read out using a Voice Alert “Alert temperature
too high /Fire Alert” using text to voice technology.

IPMon hardware is based on mobile technology and can be powered by
12v DC batteries and solar panels.

Interfaces:

IPMon can interface to a number of different equipment types usually
found at typical installations such as standard UPS’s,AMF generator
controllers, Modbus protocol enabled devices and 1-wire temperature
and humidity devices. The software also has built in OPC client to
connect to any OPC enabled server.

It can interface directly with IP Based cameras and record data on
the occurrence of events. These images can be included in alerts
sent out to contacts.
-
IPMon can ping IP based devices /Open internet web pages and run SQL
commands to check availability of any of these servers.
-
IPMon system has integrated SNMP service and agent so it can both
react to SNMP traps/data and generate them.

IPMon solution has been integrated with Biometric access control systems ,it can identify ,alert and log on who has entered secure areas.
