The Produmax system includes powerful ,customisable reports.These allow users to view downtime ,productivity, efficiency ,utilization, of either machines ,operators or jobs. In addition trend reports on efficiency , output etc can be drawn over days,weeks,months or years. The reports are written using the Crystal Report writer so they can be customized for each client as required. The reports are designed with the ability to drill down to limit users from data overload but at the same time having additional data available as needed

There is a alerting module that allows the users to be alerted when problems occure directly by email or SMS. The graphical user interface is available as a windows and a web interface .The web interface allows one to view the factory status from anyware in the world.There is also a built in knoledge base for machinists to search for past issues to allow them to quickly resolve them.

Produmax allows Real-Time data and monitoring of shop floor conditions. Produmax has been interfaced to a number of leading ERP and MRP systems. These allow it to gather and share live realtime production data with these.This enables these systems to do realtime scheduling ,planning and financial calculations based on actual events.
