MicroMon UPS Focus:

• Micromon UPS is a customised low cost, embedded monitoring unit.
• The unit collects data from various types of UPS and transmits it via GSM to a central server for storage viewing.

Application:

• The software is customised to meet each deployments requirements .
• It can read in serial port data from the UPS equipment .
• The data is stored into a SQL database.
• The data is used to generate charts in the web application (see diagram 1 above).
• Reports can be printed from the displayed graph.

• Alerts can be set on the server and will be generated when data is received from the unit above a preset threshold.
• Using a GSM unit location information may be gathered as well.

Interfaces:

• Micromon can interface to megatec UPS devices.
• Micromon has a few built in digital inputs and outputs and a relay output that can be used to interface to sensor devises directly.

• Windows based Internet server with a ASP.net web application servers the data.
